I like to refer to Reminisce as your favorite
rapper’s favorite rapper. Most people you ask
have Reminisce as one of their favorite rappers in
Nigeria. The new joint, SKiLASHii, dropped with
the anticipation for his 3rd album very high.
The first thing that hits about this tune is the
beat. When Sarz is on the beat, you really have
nothing but dope sounds coming through, and
that was the case in this one. Lyrically from
Reminisce, it was pretty good. Not his best, but
still good either way, and didn’t take anything
away from the song. If I had to pick the weak link
in the song, it might be the chorus. It can get a
bit monotonous after a while, but we’ll excuse it.
The song has street banger written all over it, and
something tells me there’s someone making up a
dance to it somewhere already.

playlist.
